If you haven’t watched the other two videos to this series…I HIGHLY recommend you do so that what you implement for yourself makes sense.
This is part 3 to the video series, and this is where I talk about the proper caloric deficits to have, or more appropriately, the proper energy deficit to be in.
If you are a woman, or a man, and you want to shred fat, lose stomach fat, lose weight, tone up, lean up, look shredded, look like a model, or just plain feel good about your body and like a good steward of it, please watch this video.  It is a necessity.
