This program has been very successful for me for few reasons:

    1. It addresses weight loss in a way that is a lifestyle change, so this isn’t a program like other programs where it just gives you a diet you follow for short amounts of time to lose weight quickly. Instead, it addresses changing your lifestyle over a long term, so your focus is more on activity changing, your lifestyle changing, and in that journey you actually lose weight.
    2. Another reason why it was so successful for me was the accountability aspect of it.You actually have to address and answer to a person,who’s a professional, about what you’ve eaten as well as what your intensity level was with your workouts. That is all done on a secret Facebook page with other women who are going through the same journey as you, so you get to see their progress as well as answer to what you’ve actually done for that day. It helps you be really successful.
    3. Another aspect of this program I love is you meet with your coach once a week online and they address issues that you might be having such as sleep patterns, motivation issues or accountability issues. They also have a class on how to address those issues in your life, which is very different from other programs. You get to hear that from a person who is basically certified in every personal and nutritional aspect of fitness to help you towards what you want to do. I will give you an example of this as far as my situation: I’m active military and have to complete a PRT, which is a physical readiness test. Now that I’m basically near where I want be as far as my fitness level I was able to ask my coach to switch my program into more of a performance based program.They adjusted my food and my exercise so that I could max out my PRT results! And I did!
    4. This isn’t a program that focuses on quick fat loss. It is a program that focuses on effective lifestyle change that supports weight loss. So it’s not going to get you to lose 5 pounds in a week, on average you’re going to lose about 1 to 1.5 pounds of fat. The great thing about it is you’re actually losing fat and gaining muscle; and an even more important aspect is that your gaining knowledge on how to apply this for life. So, this isn’t a quick fix. This is a long lasting fix, as long as you keep applying it.
    5. It is also unique in a way that you have professionals that are watching your progress very closely. You have to submit a progress photo from your front, side and back each week with other measurements. Your coach will look at those progress photos and see if you’re actually making changes in your body composition. If you’re not, they’re going to address it.
    6. Unlike any other program, it is very affordable and very applicable to what you want to do.
    7. The best advice that I can give you on being successful in this program is to trust the process. They are going to bust through a lot of the misconceptions that you may have about fitness, such as,“Working out longer is going to help me lose weight,”or , “I can subtract my fiber from my carbs,” etc. So if you trust the process and you focus on being motivated for a lifestyle change, the compositional changes in your body are going to take a place Goodluck and I hope it’s a great fit for you like it was for me!”

I didn’t start this program to lose wright, but to become healthier and more knowledgeable in my nutrition and fitness. I didn’t know there was a third element that is discussed, your mental strength. You look deep into yourself, find out who you are, and how to become a better person from the inside out. As they say, true beauty comes from within. I have never felt that to be more true than with this program. I see changes in myself on the inside and outside. I feel so proud of myself.
